„We Will Finish Last“. Wir sind die Letzten, die fertig werden. Fünf Jahre nachdem sich der Hofer Singersongwriter Maximilian Adler mit der fünfköpfigen Kombo The SPNB Verstärkung ins Boot geholt hat, kommt endlich das erste Album mit Fullband heraus. Ist auch Zeit geworden. 

Aber was will man meckern? Weit über 200 Shows im In- und Ausland als Singer/Songwriter, über 10 Jahre Bühnenerfahrung, parallel zig weitere Musik- und Bandprojekte am Start, ein Album und drei EPs und natürlich alles zu 100% DIY und das alles mit nicht mal 30 Jahren auf dem Buckel! Schon klar, man kommt ja auch sonst zu nix.

Maximilian Adler ist ein Ausnahmemusiker, denn sein ganzes Leben ist ein Ausnahmezustand, der Musik vor und hinter der Bühne verschrieben. Wenn er eine Bühne sieht, ist er nicht zu bremsen und der Erste, der die Bretter erstürmt, die ihm die Welt bedeuten. Ob vor 1.000 Menschen im Festsaal oder vor zehn am Tresen, ob mit Hut auf der Straße, im britischen Pub oder im Wohnzimmer – die Welt ist seine Bühne und das Publikum liegt ihm zu Füßen. Denn Adler verkörpert all das, was Musik so oft nicht mehr ist: Authentizität und Leidenschaft, handgemacht und selbstgedacht – echte Musik und echte Gefühle, jenseits von TikTok, Spotify-Algorithmen und Taylor Swift. Adler ist vieles: Vollblutmusiker. Tausendsassa. Weltenbummler. Sympathieträger. Nur eines ist er nicht: Langweilig. Das trifft auch auf sein neues Album „We Will Finish Last“ zu.

Maximilian Adler is an exceptional musician, who dedicated his life to the music on and behind the stage. Whenever he sees a stage, he cannot be stopped taking the boards that mean the world to him. No matter if in front of 1000 people in the arena or 10 at the bar, with the busking hat on the streets or in the English pub or the living room – the world is his stage, and the audience is at his feet. Adler embodies everything, that music isn’t anymore nowadays. Authenticity and passion, handmade and self-thought – real music and real feelings, beyond TikTok, Spotify algorithms and Taylor Swift. In short: Punk Rock with Folk feeling as it should be. On the one hand pensive and calm, solo just with his guitar, on the other hand thrilling and sweating with violin, mandolin, shanti choir hook lines and full band.
